Q2. How to create an account with Choki Malaysia?
Click on the SIGN IN button on the top right hand corner, fill in all of the details and click ‘Submit’ once you’re done. All details are private and confidential. After clicking ‘Create an account’, your registration will be complete. And you are done. Welcome to the Choki Malaysia!
Q3. Can I reserve the bags?
We are sorry that our systems do not provide a reserve stock function. We are base on first pay first serve service. If customer placing a good(s) in your shopping cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase that good(s) until you have completed the check out process.
Q4. How can I check the status of my order？
Please refer to our website on top right hand corner, choose【My Orders】.
Q5. How many delivery / Pick up method provided at the moment?
After payment, customer may receive the parcel within 2-3 days, OR customer may collect good(s) from our shop. Address as below:

Customer MUST be made a payment before collecting good(s). (Please refer to Purchase Process.) Own collect only valid from Monday to Friday, 9.00am till 6.00pm (weekend or public holidays are not included). Please call before you come to our showroom to make sure your good(s) are ready to pick up. (Collection period is valid within 15 days, order will be cancelled after 15 days)
Q6. How can I make payment?
Customer may make your payment by online transfer or with online banking by MOLPay.
Q7. When can I receive after payment?
Delivery period takes up to 2-4 working days by courier service. We had done our best to ship out the parcel as soon as possible; we can’t control the delivery process made by the courier service. We do hope you will understand and contact the particular courier service personally if you have not received your parcel to speed up the process.
Q8. How can I change the order details?
Order Change / Amendment: Order cannot be changed or amend if the order already delivered. If before ready for delivery, you may contact our customer customer service to do an amendment or other changes.
Q9. What is the Returns or Refunds procedure?
The good(s) that you received have any manufacturing defect or wrong item(s) received; please inform our customer service within 7 days upon receiving the good(s). We will process your request within 5 business days. We will not charge on shipping if item(s) found defective (Strictly return only by using POSLAJU, or else we are not responsible for the postage). For any others reason should you wish to return your good(s), you will be charge on the shipping fees. The good(s) must be returned with the order receipt. The exchange item(s) is only allow to exchange with the regular price but not with on sale product(s) price.

After investigate the good(s) condition, we will process your request within 5 business days.
Q11. What is the condition that item(s) cannot be returned?
The good(s) that cannot be returned if the good(s) had already used, mishandling the products or found broken by customer.
